MDM (Master Data Management) Production Support

Contract Term: 4 months, renewable
Work Location: downtown Toronto, ON. Hybrid, 2-3 days a week onsite

Our client, a global leading IT company, is looking for an MDM (Master Data Management) Production Support Resource.

Skills
IBM Master Data Management (MDM) Product Skills
Production Support Experience
Deep understanding and hands-on experience in Unix and SQL
Database : DB2, SQL

Nice to have skills
HTML and Python
Experience in performance tuning and optimization of applications
Troubleshooting and Debugging
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot issues.
Ability to debug code and identify performance bottlenecks in applications and services.

The contractor needs to have excellent communication skills as they will be interfacing with many other stakeholders.
They need to be sufficient proficient technically to improve the capability of other team members.
They need to be process oriented and ensure things like tickets, documentation, etc. are kept current.
