Customer Issue Resolution Senior Analyst (Solventum)

The Impact You'll Make in this Role
As a Customer Issue Resolution Senior analyst, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:
- Manage assigned account portfolio with End-to-End customer issue resolution (CIR) responsibilities and meet or exceed operational and financial targets.
- Build credibility and trust with customers and business team through timely and accurate CIR resolution processing, effective communication in both written and verbal, and collaboration.
- Negotiate and counsel on an expert level, justifying controversial positions and demonstrating intermediate persuasion skills.
- Drive root cause of past due through customer account reconciliation, research and analyze customer-specific payments, adjustments, delinquencies, and creditworthiness to identify root cause issues of past dues, complaints. and implement preventative action plans.
- Work with cross functional stakeholders to drive continued process improvement
- Support Customer issue resolution training and developing initiatives including volunteer for certain training topics, buddy shadowing with new and less experienced employees.
- Ad hoc requests and projects.
Your Skills and Expertise
To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree or higher and (4) four years of combined experience in Credit and Collection, Customer Service, Customer Issue Resolution, marketing and/or sales, business, finance management.
OR
High School Diploma/GED from AND Minimum (8) eight years of combined experience in Credit and Collection, Customer Service, Customer Issue Resolution, marketing and/or sales, business, finance management.
AND
Must be fluent in English and French languages
Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:
- Experience with SAP specific to the RTR, OTC and MTO process streams
- Experience with Salesforce (SFDC) case creations and reports
- Experience with 3M Customer issue resolution/Credit & Collections processes and systems, Customer service/Customer facing roles
- Strong financial analysis, business acumen and leadership behaviors
- Proven ability to work with cross functional teams
- Demonstrated strong initiative, leadership, with improvement activities in previous role(s)
- Six Sigma Certified (Green Belt or Black Belt)
Work location: Remote-Canada
Travel: May include up to 10% domestic/international
