A profitable, fast-growing AI startup in Vancouver is seeking an ambitious Operations Manager to work directly with the CEO. This is a high-trust, high-responsibility role for someone early in their career who wants to learn how startups really operate and keep things running behind the scenes across admin, logistics, hiring, HR, and finance.
