Job Opportunity: Reporting and Analytics Analyst (Power BI & Salesforce Platform)

Fredericton, NB Full-Time On-Site with Hybrid Option 2-Year Contract + 1-Year Renewal Option

We are seeking a dynamic Reporting and Analytics Analyst to join a forward-thinking team focused on driving innovation in healthcare services through data. You will collaborate with enterprise architects, data specialists, operational teams, and cross-sector stakeholders to design and implement high-impact reports and dashboards for a large-scale Salesforce Platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Dashboard & Report Development : Design, build, and deploy interactive Power BI dashboards and visual reports using visualizations such as bar charts, KPIs, maps, slicers, and more. Ensure outputs are intuitive, actionable, and aligned with business goals.
• Data Optimization & Automation : Develop reliable data pipelines, schedule automatic refreshes, and optimize report performance to reduce load times and support large datasets.
• Stakeholder Engagement & Collaboration : Gather business requirements, present dashboards and insights to both technical and non-technical audiences, collect feedback, and iterate on deliverables. Regularly engage with internal and external teams to ensure alignment.
• Project Support : Assist ongoing innovation and operational projects with report strategy and design, including creating operational reports for key programs.
• Documentation & Training: Document logic, processes, and data source mappings. Provide training and support to business users on Power BI tools and best practices.

The candidate should be able to demonstrate, at minimum, the identified experience in the requirements mentioned below.

Relevant Experience Requirements:

• A University degree in Computer Science or a related discipline; an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered
• A minimum of 10 years of IM/IT experience 10 years
• Experience in the IT field as a Developer/Analyst or related/similar role. Five (5) years
• Experience using Microsoft Power BI to develop dashboards and reports. Three (3) years
• Experience with presenting information and insights through various tools such as Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Power BI Reports, and Dashboards. Three (3) years
• Experience in gathering information and understanding data structures from various sources. i.e. Salesforce, SharePoint sites, MS Excel, SQL databases etc. Three (3) years
• Experience in working closely with Stakeholders to translate requirements into data visualizations and analytics, staging the data and publishing dashboards via the Microsoft Power BI service. Three (3) years
• Experience in implementing and documenting a data refresh process for Microsoft Power BI Dashboards and/or reports. Two (2) years
• Training or certifications achieved regarding use of Microsoft Power BI. Recent training (within last 5 years) on Power BI
