Herzing College in Winnipeg is seeking professionals to join our Faculty Team as a Medical Laboratory Assistant Instructor.

This position is in-person and the successful candidate must be willing to work at the Winnipeg campus location.

Full-time position, 32/hours per week. Includes competitive benefits.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Diploma as a Medical Lab Technologist
• Minimum two years of clinical experience. Preference will be given to applicants with a degree (any field) and/or teaching experience.
• Ability to work with integrity and confidentiality
• Capable of preparing lesson plans and classroom materials
• Experience in teaching preferred
• Commitment to education and instruction
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Well-developed written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to adhere to deadlines
• Proficiency in Microsoft applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Access
• Membership in CSMLS and CMLTM
