The After-Sales Service Technician plays a key role in planning, coordinating, and executing service interventions for our local and international clients. The ideal candidate will have proven customer service experience and will contribute to strengthening STAS's brand reputation.
As part of the Customer Success Service (CSS) team, your main mission will be to ensure the satisfaction of customers who own STAS equipment. You will handle technical requests, analyze and translate them internally, and mobilize the right resources to find solutions. You will carry out or coordinate planned interventions-either remotely or directly at the client's site. You act as a liaison between STAS and its customers.
Key Responsibilities

Support the planning of customer service activities

Receive customer requests and enter them into the appropriate management systems

Follow up on your assigned tickets: gather relevant information, assess priority and urgency

Coordinate planned service interventions: perform inspections or mechanical/electrical work on-site

Ensure thorough follow-ups with clear reports and targeted maintenance recommendations

Mobilize the right resources at the right time to respond efficiently

Handle each request in compliance with internal procedures and agreed timelines
2. Contribute to problem analysis and resolution

Support internal and external investigations to gather all necessary information

Act as a facilitator between clients and internal teams, clearly communicating needs and expectations

Requirements
-
Degree in electricity, mechanics, or any other relevant field OR equivalent professional experience.

2 years of experience in after-sales service and 5 years in the manufacturing sector.

Computer skills: CRM, Windows, Excel, Word, and Outlook.

This position requires proficiency in English due to regular interactions with English-speaking international clients and partners. English is necessary to provide quality service, write accurate business documents, and collaborate effectively.
