Project description
We are seeking an experienced DevOps Contractor to assess, fix, and enhance our Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipeline. This role will play a critical part in stabilizing our build and deployment processes, enabling faster and more reliable delivery of software across our environments.
Responsibilities
Audit the current CI/CD pipeline and identify bottlenecks, failures, and inefficiencies.
Fix broken workflows and re-establish reliable automated build, test, and deploy processes.
Integrate version control, code review, artifact storage, and deployment tooling seamlessly.
Enhance security, observability, and rollback mechanisms in the pipeline.
Document processes, best practices, and architectural decisions.
Work closely with developers, QA, and operations teams to align goals and requirements.
Provide guidance or transition knowledge to internal teams at the end of the engagement.
Skills
Must have
Proven experience in building, fixing, and optimizing CI/CD pipelines in production environments.
Robust Experience with cloud platforms (AWS,) and their DevOps tools.
Strong knowledge of DevOps tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions, etc.).
Experience with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
Familiarity with infrastructure as code (e.g., Terraform,).
Scripting and automation skills (Bash, Python, Groovy, etc.).
Proficient with version control (Git) and software release processes.
Solid understanding of software development lifecycles and deployment strategies.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
