Under the responsibility of the Integrated Marketing & GTM Lead, the Advisor is responsible for the planning, development, and execution of marketing programs aimed at our clientele. His mission is to optimize integrated marketing planning through a strong understanding of our market, that of our competitors, and by analyzing results with a view to continuous improvement.

Role Description:

Build annual planning and integrated marketing strategy

Provide strategic recommendations related to the market, brand positioning, optimization of existing processes/tools, and key objectives to help achieve the company's goals

Oversee the planning and management of briefs (quarterly and weekly) and their timelines

Digital support: Collaborate with the digital team to ensure consistent messaging across all our channels on a weekly basis

Plan and execute reactive and national promotions

Performance analysis: Monitor and analyze the results of marketing initiatives using key performance indicators to adjust strategies and maximize effectiveness. Conduct comprehensive and detailed post-mortem analyses and provide recommendations based on the results

Support the manager in the overall strategic brand planning, task distribution, 360 execution, and project quality control

Stay up to date on market trends and competitor activities, and provide relevant strategic recommendations

Work closely with internal stakeholders and operators

Desired Skills:

University degree in marketing, business administration, or any other equivalent experience and studies.

Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in managing marketing projects.

Strong knowledge of the web and retail industry.

Organized, rigorous, autonomous, with a strong ability to synthesize information.

Strong teamwork skills.

Excellent adaptability to change, ability to work under pressure, and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
