Communicate with customers and evaluate their needs and specifications for mirrors, shower doors, glass railings, closet organizers, and custom glass projects. Handle customer complaints and resolve issues. Conduct market research to gather knowledge about customer requirements and prevailing trends in glass products and closet organization solutions. Develop ideas for creative marketing campaigns. Monitor retail operating costs, budgets, and other financial matters. Evaluate employee performance and identify hiring and training needs. Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and quality control of custom glass and closet materials. Create inventory reports to track material usage and plan future purchases for mirrors, glass panels, closet accessories, etc. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Oversees the pricing and credit policies. Maintain professional standards to sustain business development. Train and coach employees on policies, procedures, and job duties.
