Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Dynamics 365 Business Central Account Executive to join our clients sales team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ERP sales, business development, and relationship management. Our Client is a growing Microsoft partner that has grown year over year for the last 5 years. We placed their VP of sales last year and he has been a massive help to lead generation and the business. Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within target markets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Lead the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the benefits of Dynamics 365 Business Central.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including technical consultants and implementation specialists, to develop tailored solutions for clients.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor offerings, and Microsoft's latest ERP advancements.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing structures to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- 3+ years of experience in ERP software sales, preferably with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of business processes, financial management, and supply chain operations.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative sales team.
- Familiarity with Microsoft partner ecosystem and cloud-based ERP solutions is a plus.
