Position: ServiceNow Project Manager

Location: Vancouver, BC (Onsite- 5 days)

Job Description:-

• Proven experience as a Project Manager, with a strong track record of successfully managing projects from initiation to completion.
• Deep understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) principles and best practices, such as ITIL.
• Familiarity with Information Risk Management (IRM) concepts and practices.
• Experience with ServiceNow ITSM, such as Incident, Change, and Problem Management.
• Experience with ServiceNow IRM.
• Strong project planning, execution, and control skills.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in project management methodologies, such as Agile or Waterfall.
• Relevant certifications, such as PMP, PRINCE2, or ITIL, are a plus.
