Pay rates:

INC: 59.58/hr

T4: 49.96/hr

Contract Period: 9 months with potential to extend or convert

Pay Rate: Starting from $35 per hour

Location: Toronto, ON

Location Type: Hybrid; 3 days on site (Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday)

Business Hours: Monday to Friday; 9 AM to 5 PM

Candidate Requirements/Must Have Skills: L4 template aligns with 8-10 yrs

1) 8-10 years of experience as a paralegal/ legal assistant

2) Demonstrated experience with contract clauses required- reading, writing, and interrupting clauses

3) General procurement, vendor management, third party risk knowledge is a requirement

4) Organizational skills are a requirement

5) Proficient with Microsoft Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word etc)

Nice-To-Have Skills:

- Background in IT

- Procurement / Contract negotiation

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in related field required

• Certifications: Paralegal Certification
