The Opportunity
We are seeking a seasoned Corporate Training Lead to join our Enterprise Transformation team as we roll out a large-scale Corporate Deployment initiative. This is a key role for an experienced training professional who has led training strategy, content development, and execution for enterprise-level transformation programs-ideally in the Finance function or ERP space.
You'll be responsible for designing and delivering a holistic training approach to ensure our teams are confident, capable, and ready to adopt new systems and ways of working.
This is a high-impact role that requires strong instructional design know-how, stakeholder engagement savvy, and a passion for building learner-centered experiences that drive adoption and long-term business value.
What You will Do
- Develop and Own the Training Strategy for corporate functions as part of a broader enterprise transformation.
- Lead Training Needs Assessments to identify skill gaps and align training to specific audience needs across corporate functions.
- Build and Manage the Training Plan, including timelines, resource requirements, delivery models, and measurement strategies.
- Design or Oversee Development of high-impact learning content, including eLearning, job aids, simulations, virtual and in-person instructor-led training.
- Coordinate Delivery of training across global or cross-functional teams, ensuring seamless execution with measurable outcomes.
- Embed Digital Learning Tools (e.g., WalkMe or other DAPs) to enhance learner experience and support just-in-time learning.
- Partner Across Functions-collaborate with Finance SMEs, IT, Change Management, HR, and external vendors to ensure alignment and coverage.
- Evaluate Training Effectiveness, gather learner feedback, track key metrics, and adjust delivery or content as needed.
- Contribute to Business Readiness, ensuring training is integrated with change and communications to drive engagement and adoption.
- Establish Post-Go-Live Support such as refresher training, super user programs, and knowledge libraries.
What You Will Bring
- 10+ years of experience leading training for enterprise-level change programs, including at least 5 years on transformation initiatives involving ERP, Finance, or major business systems.
- Demonstrated ability to build training strategies and implement end-to-end training programs across complex organizations.
- Deep experience in instructional design and development of multi-format training content (eLearning, VILT, ILT, simulations).
- Experience delivering training through LMS platforms and digital enablement tools (e.g., WalkMe, Whatfix, uPerform).
- Background working with Finance or Corporate Functions in a training or transformation capacity is strongly preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and vendors with excellent communication, planning, and execution skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, Business, or a related field. Master's degree or certifications (e.g., ATD, CPTM, Prosci) are assets.

Ability to Apply Knowledge in the Following Areas:
- Corporate training strategy and execution, including the design and deployment of scalable training frameworks, role-based learning paths, and sustainable knowledge transfer approaches across a diverse workforce.
- Adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies, with the ability to create engaging, retention-focused content in multiple formats (eLearning, ILT, VILT, microlearning, simulations).
- Training delivery and enablement via digital tools and platforms, including learning management systems (LMS), digital adoption platforms (DAPs), performance support systems, and virtual learning environments.
- Training needs analysis (TNA) and learner persona development to assess capability gaps, inform content design, and measure learning effectiveness against business outcomes.
- Business readiness and change enablement through training integration-ensuring learners are supported before, during, and after go-live through blended learning journeys and performance support.
- Measurement and evaluation of training impact, including Level 1-4 learning assessments, feedback analysis, training adoption metrics, and continuous improvement loops.
- Behavioral science, neurolearning, and cognitive load theory to optimize how individuals absorb, retain, and apply new information-especially during periods of high change or uncertainty.
- Stakeholder and learner engagement, using clear communication, tailored training approaches, and user feedback to build buy-in and ensure adoption of new tools, systems, and processes.
