Job Title: Dayforce Implementation (Sr. Consultant/Manager/Sr. Manager role)
Location: Onsite Hybrid- Across Canada (Toronto, ON /Montreal, Quebec/ Ottawa, ON/Halifax, Nova Scotia/Vancouver, British Columbia/Calgary, Alberta)
Duration: Full Time
Responsibilities :
• Lead process discussion, gather requirements, configure, and test the Dayforce system on modules including Payroll, benefits, workforce management, core HR, performance, recruitment, and learning.
• Demonstrate a thorough understanding of complex HR technology and implementation concepts.
• Deliver quality services. Value and model excellent client service by establishing goals and implementation plans to achieve high quality deliverables within expected timeframes. Monitor progress, manage risk, and confirm key stakeholders are kept informed about progress and expected outcomes.
• Develop and maintain productive relationships with clients. Focus on deliverables and client implementation priorities. Understand the client's industry and recognize key performance drivers and business trends.
• Demonstrate high levels of technical and professional knowledge and quickly assimilate new knowledge. Keep up to date with current developments and trends in advisory services capabilities and industry knowledge.
To qualify, candidates must have:
• Approximately 5+ years of experience in HCM system implementations with a Dayforce experience preferred.
• Dayforce certification is a plus.
• Experience in HCM system configuration.
• Strong understanding of HR processes and data.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in participating and/or leading client discussions - requirements gathering, user stories/test scenario creation, solution configuration, lead/support testing and drive deployment.
• Ability to work through a problem with limited information. Demonstrates an approach to take a problem or situation to the next steps.
• Demonstrates curiosity; to understand how and why a problem or issue exists.
• Comfortable with ambiguity and finding creative approaches to take the next step.
• Business analytical skills - make observations, anticipate client and management needs or expectations.
