Roles and Responsibilities

• UX/Product Design Support: Collaborate with our team to enhance the design of our platform, ensuring an engaging user experience.
• Web and Social Media: Contribute to various design projects on our website and across social media platforms, maintaining a cohesive brand presence.
• Graphic Design Mastery: Lead the selection and creation of captivating graphics for marketing campaigns that effectively showcase our services.
• Multimedia Production: Edit and design graphics for podcasts, enriching our audiovisual content.
• Additional Design Tasks: Undertake other design-related initiatives as needed, showcasing your versatility as a creative specialist.

Skills and Qualifications

• 1-3 years of professional or co-op experience in graphic design and multimedia creation.
• Educational background in Design.
• Excellent video production and editing skills.
• Proficiency in Canva, Figma, and other design software (e.g. Adobe Creative Suite).
• HTML or CSS skills are a good-to-have.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Passion for staying updated with design trends and technologies.
• Able to work 5 days/week, in-office, at our downtown Toronto location.
