Responsibilities Tasks - Plan and organize daily operations - Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports and related forms - Cost products and services - Enforce provincial/territorial liquor legislation and regulations - Provide customer service - Balance cash and record sales - Clean bar area and wash glassware - Prepare budget and cost estimates - Prepare mixed drinks, wine, draft or bottled beer and non-alcoholic beverages - Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage Supervision Staff in various areas of responsibility Credentials Certificates, licences, memberships, and courses Smart Serve
