Must-Haves:

• 8+ years of Project Management experience

• PMP/PMI certification

• Strong strategic and detail-oriented mindset

• Experience planning, leading, and delivering complex IT and network projects

• Expertise in network transitions, system migrations, and IT infrastructure implementation

• Proven ability to manage risks, problem-solve, and provide strategic recommendations

• Experience collaborating with business and IT teams, including executive stakeholders

• Familiarity with ITSM, ITIL, and governance models

Nice-to-Haves:

• Experience with vendor-supplied systems and system integration projects

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

• Ability to analyze and integrate multiple forms of information for decision-making

• Background in healthcare IT or large-scale technology implementations

Job Description:

Insight Global is hiring a Senior Infrastructure & Networking Project Manager for a world-renowned hospital in Toronto. Reporting to the Sr. Manager of the PMO, this role will act as the primary liaison between the hospital's IT teams and multiple vendors to implement a new network infrastructure.

The PM will oversee project resources, timelines, and communication in a complex and evolving healthcare environment. This position offers an opportunity to collaborate with industry leaders to shape the hospital of the future, enhancing patient and family experiences while enabling cutting-edge care. The PM will also support the design and implementation of a software-defined network infrastructure as part of a campus-wide IT transformation.
