Required Experience & Skills
- 8-12 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Customer Engagement, with strong domain exposure in banking and financial services.
- Proficiency in D365 modules including Sales, Service, Power Apps, and the Dataverse platform.
- Experience designing and managing integrations with third-party systems via middleware platforms (e.g., MuleSoft), REST APIs, OData services, and SSIS.
- Practical know-how in data migration and transformation, using both native and external tools (preferably Azure Data Factory) for mapping, cleansing, and harmonization.
- Solid understanding of Dynamics 365 customizations, such as importing data, creating workflows, developing plugins, and managing CRM configurations.
- Ability to develop detailed process maps, use case models, and sequence diagrams using tools like Visio.
- Skilled in crafting user stories, conducting agile grooming sessions, and guiding walkthroughs for feature understanding.
- Strong data analysis capabilities and knowledge of CRM configuration and validation rules.
- Experience across all testing phases, especially system integration and UAT cycles.
