Fuze HR is currently seeking a Retail Display Structural Designer to join a dynamic team specializing in innovative, sustainable, and cost-effective display solutions. This role is an exciting opportunity for a creative and technical professional to take ownership of the entire design process, from concept development to material selection and prototyping.

What You'll Do:

• Collaborate with project managers and account managers to develop innovative retail display solutions
• Utilize AutoCAD & ArtiosCAD to create technical drawings and prototypes
• Ensure all designs are structurally sound, cost-effective, and sustainable
• Communicate with clients to present concepts and ensure alignment with their needs
• Work independently in the Toronto office, while collaborating with the Montreal-based design team
• Research industry trends and new materials to drive continuous improvement
• Assist with estimating, RFQ submissions, and production feasibility assessments

What You Bring:

• 5+ years of experience in corrugated/cardboard display design
• Proficiency in AutoCAD & ArtiosCAD; experience with 3DS Max, Adobe Illustrator & Photoshop is a plus
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, materials, and structural integrity
• Ability to work autonomously and communicate effectively with a remote team
• A problem-solving mindset with a passion for creating innovative and sustainable designs
• DEC or BACC in Industrial Design, Technical Drawing, or a related field
• Must have a valid driving license and a car
