Position Description:
Client is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Content Management Specialist to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in gathering, developing, and governing content in a global knowledge base used by a Virtual Agent (AI Chatbot using LLMs).
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams globally to help capture, catalogue, and govern knowledge.
- Utilize content management systems (CMS) to review, publish and keep content up to date efficiently.
- Write and edit complex information into clear, usable content when needed (i.e., policies, processes, reference guides).
- Drive application of content standards across various platforms, ensuring accuracy and alignment with guidelines for each copy.
- Analyze content performance metrics and provide insights to improve Knowledge Management strategy.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Critical thinking and autonomy: self-starter, proactive, ability to identify cause and effect, suggest logical next steps based on objectives.
- Strong organization skills and attention to detail: ability to keep track of content changes across multiple teams, stakeholders, regions, and identify minor gaps or mistakes.
- Analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience using content management systems (CMS), such as Adobe Experience Manager
- Experience in content management or a similar role.
- Project management skills and experience with agile methodologies.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Management, or a related field.
- Basic understanding (or curiosity to learn about) AI and LLMs
