We're looking for a Full Stack Developer who can build web and mobile applications with strong technical, product, and business fundamentals to join us as a founding partner. This position requires both development and project management skills to deliver high-quality solutions. This is a ground-floor, equity-based opportunity-no capital contribution required.

Responsibilities

• Help lead architecture and development across Ingeni Health Personalized Health - AI-powered biometric wellness platform
• Build and enhance HelixVoice - CRM + AI IVR platform for support, ticketing, and e-contracts
• Develop HelixAmplify - AI press, podcast, SEO, and social campaign engine
• Create HelixIP - Innovation and IP mapping tools for venture acceleration
• Design scalable APIs, mobile-first apps, SSO, and secure infrastructure
• Balance technology decisions with business outcomes in a startup environment

Requirements

• 5-7+ years of full stack development experience
• Proven project management and team leadership ability
• Strong product thinking and systems design knowledge
• Experience with TypeScript, UI/UX principles, and responsive design
• Proficiency in building both web and mobile applications
• Knowledge of agile methodologies and CI/CD pipelines
• Experience with React Native, React, and modern CSS frameworks like Tailwind
• Knowledge of Python (FastAPI/Django) and Node.js (Express/NestJS)
• Familiarity with Docker, GitHub Actions, and cloud services (Azure or AWS)
• Experience with AI integrations, including OpenAI APIs and vector databases
• Understanding of HIPAA and GDPR compliance requirements
• Comfort in startup, SaaS, or high-growth environments
• Willingness to work hybrid in Toronto/GTA area

Nice to Have

• MBA or equivalent business training
• Experience working with health or fintech platforms
• Multilingual skills (Ukrainian a bonus)
• Previous equity-based or co-founder-like roles
• Familiarity with privacy-first systems (HIPAA, GDPR)
