Our client, a leading organization in the customer service sector, is seeking a Remote Customer Care-Elections Support to join their team. As a Remote Customer Care-Elections Support, you will be part of the customer service department supporting election-related inquiries. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong customer service orientation, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Remote Customer Care Bilingual-Elections Support
Location: Remote-Must live in the Maritime Provinces
What's the Job?
- Answer incoming calls and respond to inquiries related to elections.
- Advise on voting locations and times.
- Provide exceptional customer service to all callers.
- Utilize provided work equipment to manage calls effectively.
- Work shifts work can start as early as 8:00 am and finish at 9:00 pm.
What's Needed?
- Must be able to obtain Reliability Clearance.
- Permanent resident or have lived in Canada for more than 5 years.
- Previous call center experience is preferred.
- Minimum internet speed of 50 Mbps.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle inquiries efficiently.
