Here's more precisely what you will do :

Corrective maintenance (25%) :

• Troubleshoot issues on the machines in collaboration with the operator;
• Evaluate the repair time;
• Repair the different machines (Carding, Sewing and Sealing machines mainly);
• Close work orders;
• Suggest continuous improvement ideas to minimize machine's down time.

Preventive maintenance and projects (75%) :

• Clean daily our two carding machines;
• Oil and put grease on different machines;
• Validate the durability of pieces and prepare a maintenance, if needed;
• Create security protective guards and participate in special projects.

Here is the detailed shift schedule :

Night Shift : 3h45 PM to 1h30 AM from Monday to Thursday and 11h45 AM to 4h30 PM the Friday.
