Responsibilities
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
- Administer employee benefits programs and respond to employee inquiries regarding policies and procedures.
- Support performance management processes including evaluations and feedback sessions.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
- Handle employee relations issues by addressing concerns, facilitating conflict resolution, and promoting a positive work culture.
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and HR documentation.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to support organizational objectives.
- Coordinate training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and career growth.
- Assist with payroll processing in coordination with the finance department.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years experience as an HR Generalist or similar role, preferably in staffing or recruiting industry.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively.
- Proficient in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office suite.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
- High level of confidentiality and ethical standards in handling sensitive information.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle employee relations issues effectively.
- Experience with benefits administration and payroll coordination is a plus.
