Warehouse Technician

Compensation: $22.00 per hour

Our client is seeking a dependable and hardworking Warehouse Technician to join their team in Edmonton, Alberta. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced warehouse environment and takes pride in maintaining accuracy, organization, and safety in daily operations.

The Warehouse Technician is responsible for supporting warehouse operations through the receiving, handling, storage, picking, packing, and shipping of materials and products. The successful candidate will help ensure inventory accuracy, maintain a clean and safe work environment, and contribute to the efficient flow of goods throughout the warehouse.

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments.
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment.
• Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently.
• Organize and store inventory in designated warehouse locations.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and documentation.
• Conduct regular inventory counts and assist with cycle counts.
• Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks (where certified).
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety requirements.
• Assist with other warehouse-related duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Previous warehouse experience is preferred.
• Forklift certification is considered an asset.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs on a regular basis.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable, punctual, and committed to workplace safety.
• Basic computer skills and inventory management experience are considered assets.
