Job Summary
Robinson Global Management is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Remote Data Entry Specialist to support our growing operations across procurement, contract administration, vendor management, and project consulting. The successful candidate will accurately enter, update, verify, and maintain confidential business information while ensuring data integrity across multiple systems. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a remote work environment, possess strong attention to detail, and can meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities
* Enter, update, and maintain client, vendor, procurement, and project data in company databases.
* Verify data accuracy and resolve discrepancies by reviewing source documents.
* Organize and maintain digital files, records, and documentation.
* Process invoices, purchase records, contracts, and administrative forms.
* Prepare spreadsheets, reports, and data summaries using Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
* Assist with document management for procurement and proposal development projects.
* Ensure compliance with company policies regarding data security and confidentiality.
* Perform routine quality checks to maintain database accuracy.
* Collaborate with project managers and administrative staff to support operational activities.
* Respond promptly to internal requests for data retrieval and updates.
* Maintain productivity while meeting daily and weekly performance goals.
* Participate in virtual meetings, training sessions, and process improvement initiatives.
Requirements
* High school diploma or GED required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
* At least 1 year of experience in data entry, administrative support, or office operations.
* Excellent typing speed with a high degree of accuracy.
* Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
* Experience using databases, CRM systems, or document management platforms is an asset.
* Excellent organizational, communication, and time-management skills.
* Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining confidential information.
* Reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated home workspace.
Compensation
* Pay: $64,000–$84,000 Annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
* Paid bi-weekly.
