Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnosing and repairing vehicle body damage to meet safety and quality standards.
- Using advanced tools and technologies to perform structural repairs, refinishing, and part replacements.
- Collaborating with team members to ensure timely project completion and customer delivery.
- Maintaining thorough documentation of repairs and adhering to safety regulations.
- Providing excellent customer service by keeping customers informed throughout the repair process.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a Body Technician or in a similar automotive repair position.
- Relevant certifications in auto body repair and refinishing are preferred.
- Strong understanding of vehicle construction and repair techniques.
- Proficient in using hand tools and machinery for auto body work.
- Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality repairs.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
- Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects as required by the job.
