We're looking for energetic and goal-driven individuals who can create excitement and forge connections with customers in-store. As a representative, you will educate clients about President's Choice Financial Products while embodying one of Canada's most trusted brands.

Responsibilities:
- Educate customers on the features and benefits of President's Choice Financial products within the store pavilion.
- Understand customers' needs to make appropriate recommendations.
- Offer exceptional advice and product knowledge.
- Drive sales, advocacy, and brand awareness for our client's products by being a subject matter expert and advocate for the brand/product.
- Provide exceptional customer service ensuring customers have a great experience.
- Find creative approaches to engage customers and share the benefits of the product.
- Build and maintain positive working relationships with store personnel.
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality as you work with customer information.
- Create excitement around the product offering by being a subject matter expert and advocate for the brand/product.
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in sales, particularly in the financial or retail industry (an asset).
- Comfortable with sales targets and eager to push the status quo.
- Outgoing and personable, enjoying interaction with people, with a talent for acquiring new customers.
- Customer service or sales experience is an asset.
- Strong listening and communication skills; comfortable delivering key messages.
- High level of integrity and accountability when working with confidential customer information.
- Willingness to complete a criminal/credit background check.
- Interest in learning and developing through coaching and training.
- Reliable access to a vehicle or possess a valid driver's license (an asset).
