The Village Kids Team Associate oversees Sunday operations for Village Kids at the site level—ensuring the safety and care of kids and volunteers, creating a welcoming environment for families, and making sure our team is fully equipped to execute ministry with excellence. This role works closely with the Village Kids Site Leader to carry out Village Kids' mission, vision, and strategy.
- Lead and oversee all Sunday experiences, ensuring safety, hospitality, and excellence in execution.
- Recruit, schedule, equip, and encourage Village Kids volunteers and Leaders in Training.
- Prepare curriculum, classroom materials, and consumables for Sundays and midweek events.
- Coordinate classroom setup, supplies, and storytelling/teaching props.
- Communicate weekly lesson plans and updates to the volunteer team.
- Participate in planning and delivering family events, site gatherings, and training sessions.
- Engage in ongoing discipleship of teams, volunteers, and Jr. Leaders.
- Collaborate on budgets and resource planning.
- Foster a culture of appreciation, innovation, and high-impact ministry.
