We're looking for a demand generation marketer to join our small but mighty marketing team at Optix. You'll be the go-to person for driving measurable growth through lead generation, campaign optimization, and marketing automation. While our marketing team is focused on creating world-class content, you'll take the lead on building and executing strategies that attract, nurture, and convert prospects into customers. You'll work closely with sales, product, and content to ensure our pipeline is healthy, our messaging is resonant, and our marketing efforts are always evolving.This is a great opportunity for a marketer who has experience in SaaS and is excited to harness AI as part of their toolkit.
Note: This is a hybrid opportunity for someone based in Vancouver, BC (60% in our beautiful water-front Gastown office, 40% from home).

Requirements

Who you are
  • You have 3-5 years of experience in a demand generation role
  • You're a data-driven marketer with a knack for turning insights into action
  • You thrive on generating leads, optimizing funnels, and driving measurable growth
  • You're comfortable wearing many hats—campaign architect, analytics detective, and strategic partner to sales
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills, able to work independently and prioritize effectively
  • Proven track record with demand generation strategies (paid media, SEO/SEM, email nurturing, partnerships, webinars, etc.)
  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms
  • Ability to design and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns from concept to execution
  • Comfort with A/B testing, experimentation, and iterating quickly based on performance data
  • Ambitious, yet humble and quick to support your fellow teammates
Bonus s for
  • Previous experience in a B2B SaaS environment
  • Experience using AI-powered marketing tools for ad copy, audience targeting, and campaign optimization
  • You're curious about the latest marketing trends, especially in B2B SaaS and the coworking industry, and you're excited about testing new channels and tools to find what works
  • Familiarity with content-driven growth strategies and how they integrate with demand-gen
What you'll do
  • Own and execute demand generation strategies to increase qualified leads and pipeline growth
  • Develop, launch, and optimize multi-channel campaigns (paid ads, email, partnerships, webinars, events)
  • Collaborate with the content marketer to align campaigns with content strategy and nurture sequences
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, reporting results and actionable insights to the team
  • Manage and optimize our marketing tech stack, ensuring smooth integration between tools
  • Test and evaluate emerging marketing tactics and technologies, including AI-driven tools, to improve efficiency and outcomes
  • Partner with sales to ensure lead quality, smooth handoff, and feedback loops for continuous improvement
  • Build scalable, repeatable processes for campaign creation, tracking, and reporting
