We are seeking a Salesforce Administrator to manage the administrative tasks of our internal Salesforce CRM and integrated systems. In addition to administering and maintaining Salesforce, you will communicate with local teams to learn and understand their requirements. The Salesforce Administrator provide assistance with the best way to utilize our internal systems, both to enhance existing processes and implement new ones, including developing reports and dashboards. You will communicate with our team of global systems administrators located in Australia, who will provide guidance and resources.

Our Product Team is the proud LEAP ambassador innovating our software to meet our clients' evolving needs and keeping them up to speed. You'll work on the end-to-end design, development, and delivery of our product roadmap, ensuring every decision is aligned with our strategy and every milestone is met on time and under budget.
Guided by a deep and timely understanding of marketing intelligence, needs and trends, you'll synthesize stakeholder and customer feedback into our software's ongoing optimization, innovation and evolution. With the support to use your good judgment and set your own goals, you'll be empowered to make an impact that feels personal and meaningful.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES
- First line of support for user requests for our internal Salesforce CRM and integrated systems
- Assisting with building reports, dashboards, page layout changes, field creation and maintaining users' roles, profiles and permissions
- Work with the global Salesforce team on projects and the further development of Salesforce
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- 5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator
- Salesforce Basic and Advanced Administrator Certification (Advanced Administrator Certification, Advanced Developer or Platform II Certification)
- Experience in building reporting, formula fields, dashboards, and hands-on with customizations of user setup, profiles, dashboards and reports
- Experience in implementing Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
- Experience in Salesforce communities, hands-on with all aspects of Salesforce configuration and automation; workflows, flows, process builder tools such as Lightning flows, Visual Flows, Approval Processes, Validation Rules and Changesets
- Advanced stakeholder management –including members of C-suite
- Experience with Atlassian tools, including Jira and Confluence
- Experience gathering, documenting and implementing requirements
- Advanced ability to translate business needs into technical documentation for developers
- Experience with data analytics and executive reporting (MQL, SQL, Dashboards)
- Ability to translate Dashboard metrics into digestible business narratives
- Advanced ability to promote the adoption of new features and train users
- Experience with data migration, Account Engagement (Formerly Pardot) list management and integration techniques
- Proficient with Excel
- Exceptional organizational skills
- Superb communication skills with an ability to collaborate and provide feedback to peers and leadership
Preferred (desirable) but not required:
- Zuora or any subscription/billing system experience
- Experience with Account Engagement (Pardot), Drawloop or DocuSign
- Experience with Marketing Cloud
- Experience with Chili Piper or Calendly
- Experience with Gainsight
- Experience with Vonage or other VoIP integrated phone systems
- Experience with Ringlead, Dataloader or other data manipulation tools
- Experience with High Velocity Sales (Sales Engagement)
