Novacom Building Partners is a Vancouver-based commercial general contractor specializing in tenant improvements ($1M–$35M) and base building projects ($5M–$20M). We're hiring a Warranty & Service Manager to lead post-construction support, manage minor service work, and provide occasional site coverage. This is a newly created, hands-on role that requires strong technical ability, client service skills, and a high level of flexibility for varied hours.
Responsibilities- Work on projects throughout the Vancouver + the Lower Mainland
- Manage and resolve warranty and deficiency items for completed projects
- Perform light repairs (carpentry, drywall, patching) and coordinate trades
- Execute small service projects for returning clients
- Provide site coverage for Superintendents during absences
- Respond to urgent or emergency site issues, sometimes after hours
- Maintain accurate records in Procore and generate reports
- Ensure client satisfaction through timely, professional service
- Share insights with project teams to help improve quality and reduce repeat issues
Requirements
Qualifications- 5+ years of experience in commercial construction (Site Super, Foreman, or Technician role)
- Finishing Superintendent Experience would also be an asset.
- Strong hands-on skills and ability to self-perform basic construction tasks
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Experience with Procore or other construction/project management software
- Highly flexible schedule, including availability for evening and weekend work when needed
- Valid Class 5 Driver's License and clean abstract
