We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Lead Generation & Marketing Coordinator to join our Vancouver-based team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in lead qualification and marketing campaign execution, who thrives in a dynamic, collaborative environment.

You will be responsible for managing inbound leads and discovery calls/meetings, supporting marketing initiatives across North America, coordinating events and trade shows (in partnership with HQ), and providing actionable insights through regular reporting. Your work will directly contribute to the revenue goals of the sales team and support both the Vancouver and Quebec business units.

Our solutions help clinicians and healthcare providers streamline processes, increase productivity, and improve patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead Management & Qualification

  • Monitor and respond promptly to inbound lead channels (email, website, phone).
  • Accurately enter and maintain lead data in Salesforce, ensuring proper regional assignment (USD, EUR, CAD).
  • Maintain and update the Qwadra Leads Excel tracker for team-wide visibility.
  • Conduct discovery calls to qualify Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) based on technology fit, workflow, product interest, and readiness to purchase.
  • Leverage tools like Gong to improve lead qualification and sales call effectiveness.

2. Marketing Support & Campaign Execution

  • Plan and execute localized marketing campaigns tailored to the North American market, in alignment with HQ.
  • Create and send branded email campaigns using Mailchimp and existing templates.
  • Support the organization of webinars, digital events, and trade shows across the US and Canada.
  • Collaborate with the France-based marketing team to localize presentations, adapt messaging, and proof translated materials for North American audiences.
  • Maintain and update marketing collateral and digital assets in line with Qwadra's brand guidelines.
  • Monitor marketing inboxes and distribute relevant leads or messages to the appropriate team members.

3. Reporting & Analytics

  • Prepare and distribute monthly and quarterly reports on lead generation performance, lead quality, and conversion metrics.
  • Track campaign ROI and performance for events such as webinars, trade shows, and digital initiatives.
  • Maintain organized records of event performance including attendance, budget, follow-ups, and outcomes.

Requirements

Key Competencies & Skills:

  • Proven experience in lead generation, lead qualification, and CRM (Salesforce preferred).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (French is an asset).
  • Experience with marketing tools such as Mailchimp and Gong (or similar).
  • Strong project coordination skills, particularly for events and digital campaigns.
  • Ability to analyze campaign data and report insights clearly.
  • Collaborative mindset with experience working across multiple time zones and international teams.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and self-motivated.

Bonus Experience (Nice to Have):

  • Experience in the healthcare, medical devices, or B2B technology sectors.
  • Familiarity with marketing for orthotics, prosthetics, or digital health solutions.
  • Experience working with distributed or hybrid teams.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Base Salary ($55,000-$65,000 depending on experience)

  • Flexible schedule with Hybrid (3 days a week in-office in South Vancouver)
