Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive and driven Talent & Organizational Development Specialist to join our HR team. This role is ideal for an HR professional with 3–5 years of hands-on experience in Organizational Development (OD) and Talent Development (TD), who is passionate about building scalable people programs and enhancing internal influence. This individual will play a key role in designing, implementing, and championing programs that support employee growth, leadership development, and organizational effectiveness. The right candidate will be execution-focused, HR-educated, and confident in driving initiatives that make our people strategies heard and felt across the organization.

Requirements

  • Design and implement OD and TD initiatives (e.g., succession planning, leadership development, career pathways).
  • Manage the Learning Management System (LMS), including course administration, user management, reporting, and platform maintenance.
  • Partner with cross-functional leaders to identify development needs and deliver impactful solutions.
  • Facilitate learning programs, workshops, and team development sessions.
  • Measure and report on the effectiveness of programs using data and feedback.
  • Support change management initiatives, acting as a voice for organizational culture and engagement.
  • Champion internal communication strategies to amplify HR initiatives across teams.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of HR best practices, especially in the areas of learning and development.
  • Contribute to broader People & Culture projects as needed.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Business, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of relevant experience in Organizational Development (OD), Talent Development (TD), or Learning & Development within an HR function.
  • Hands-on experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS), including content administration, user access control, and training data reporting.
  • Solid understanding of adult learning principles, performance development frameworks, and organizational change practices.
  • Demonstrated ability to "make things happen" through strong project ownership and effective execution.
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders without formal authority.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to extract insights from feedback, engagement surveys, and performance data to inform training strategies.
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment with shifting priorities and business needs.
