We're hiring a Revenue Operations Manager to own and optimize the systems, processes, and reporting that power decision-making and drive revenue across our self-serve, transactional, and enterprise motions. Reporting to our Director of Operations, this role is critical to aligning go-to-market teams, improving data visibility, and accelerating growth. You'll be both the architect and executor—strategic, cross-functional, and deeply hands-on.
ResponsibilitiesSystems & Tooling
- Own the GTM stack. Keep tools like HubSpot, Clay, Stripe, and Mixpanel tightly integrated, automated, and trustworthy to scale our revenue engine.
- Ship friction-free workflows. From self-serve sign-up to expansion triggers, continuously improve hand-offs between Product, Sales, and CS.
Strategy & Cross-Functional Ops
- Align the go-to-market machine. Partner with Marketing, Sales, and CS to hit shared targets and remove friction across self-serve, transactional, and enterprise funnels.
- Lead the big bets. Run cross-functional RevOps projects that kill bottlenecks, lift conversion, and fuel product-led growth.
Data & Insights
- Define the metrics that matter. Build self-serve dashboards and real-time forecasts that give leaders an instant read on GTM efficiency and health across different funnels.
- Turn data into action. Surface crisp insights and recommendations that guide quarterly planning and day-to-day decisions.
Enablement
- Supercharge Marketing & CS. Power campaign tracking, list segmentation, onboarding triggers, and account-ownership workflows that scale.
- Fortify the revenue engine. Enforce pipeline hygiene, sharpen forecasting, and keep opportunity management humming.
Requirements
- 3+ years in RevOps, Sales Ops, or similar roles at high-growth B2B SaaS companies—preferably product-led
- Fluent in HubSpot, Clay, Stripe, Segment/Mixpanel (or equivalents) and can stitch them together without an engineer.
- Comfortable working with data and dashboards—you test, analyze, and act on what the numbers show
- Clear communicator & natural collaborator across Product, Marketing, CS, and Sales.
- A builder at heart—you bring structure to chaos and get things done without waiting to be asked
- Energized by hard problems and fast-moving teams—you're always looking for leverage and ways to improve how things work
