Southwest Employment Services

We provide high-quality, inclusive employment services. This system is for everyone, and will provide better career advice and

information. It will ensure all Nova Scotians looking for work have the support they need to find a good job, and that employers know where to go when they're looking for workers. The Society is a non-profit organization governed by a Board of Directors. Our services and supports are delivered by qualified career practitioners, counselors, employer engagement specialists, employment maintenance workers, job coaches, job developers, coordinators, and information resource specialists.

Southwest Employment Services Society strives to work in partnership with the community to create innovative approaches for youth, parents, job seekers, and people with barriers, to integrate themselves into the labour market, and for employers who need to recruit, manage, and retain employees.
