Position Title: Sheet Metal Worker (Shop worker)

Location Cap-Pele, NB

ECR is looking for an experienced (minimum 4 years) Sheet Metal Worker to fill a direct-hire full-time

position.

Job requirements

3 years to less than 5 years

Specific Skills

· Measure and mark sheet metal according to template

· Cut materials using power tools or by hand

· Assemble, erect and install hoisting and rigging equipment

· Fit and join sheet metal parts

· Install sheet metal products according to specifications and building codes

Major Work Area

Shop Fabrication

Additional Skills

Read and interpret blueprints, maps, drawings and specifications

Participate in employee training (apprentice)

Shop Experience including the ability to work with a plasma table

Own Tools/Equipment (Steel-toed safety boots, Hard hat, Safety glasses/goggles, gloves) when applicable

Transportation/Travel Information

Own transportation; Valid driver's license
