Job Type: 3 Month Contract (With strong opportunity to extend based on performance)

Job Description

We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Fixture Installer for a 3 month contract to handle the high-volume installation of commercial paper towel dispensers across our local properties. In this role, you will be responsible for mounting, leveling, and testing automated and manual dispensers. All necessary tools, equipment, hardware, and safety gear will be fully provided on-site.

For candidates who demonstrate high-quality work and reliability, there is a strong opportunity to extend this contract into ongoing facility maintenance roles.

Key Responsibilities

Accurately install and mount commercial paper towel dispensers according to manufacturer specifications.

Ensure all installations comply with ADA (Americans with Disabilities Act) height and reach regulations.

Drill cleanly into various surfaces, including ceramic tile, drywall, wood, and concrete blocks, using provided anchors and fasteners.

Remove and dispose of old dispensers, patching minor wall damage if required.

Clean up the workspace post-installation and verify that the dispensers roll/feed perfectly.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Proven experience as a handyman, carpenter, facility maintenance technician, or commercial installer.

Proficiency using power tools, specifically power drills, levels, stud finders, and tape measures.

High attention to detail to prevent cracking tile or damaging walls during drilling.

Ability to follow basic installation templates and blueprints.

Reliable transportation to the job site.

Note: No personal tools are required-everything you need to complete the job is supplied.

Physical Requirements

Ability to stand, kneel, bend, and lift up to 30 lbs throughout the day.

Strong manual dexterity.
