Client Experience Coordinator
Homenick Law · Sussex, NB · $38,000-$42,000/year

Clear guidance. Real care. Every step of the way.

Are you enthusiastic about crafting an unparalleled client experience? Do you possess a knack for technology, a vibrant personality, and an unyielding work ethic? If so, you might just be the perfect fit for our growing law firm in Southern New Brunswick!

At our firm, we prioritize our clients above all else, and we're on the lookout for someone who can manage this aspect with finesse, charm, and a steadfast smile - even through the choppiest waters. As the primary point of contact, you will ensure every client feels right at home.

What You'll Do

  • Serve as the warm, welcoming face and voice of our firm - setting the tone from the first interaction
  • Seamlessly manage client intake processes with proficiency and grace
  • Cultivate and maintain an exceptional client journey from start to finish
  • Occasionally travel locally as required - don't worry, it's part of the fun!
  • Utilize your tech savvy to handle scheduling, file management, and communication through modern tools, including Clio and our own in-house document automation
  • Maintain your cool and stay organized during peak times - your composure will be key!
  • Perform various administrative and reporting tasks to keep our operations smooth
  • Contribute to a light-hearted and enjoyable office environment while ensuring superior service delivery

Who We're Looking For

  • A naturally friendly and outgoing individual who's always smiling
  • Exceptionally organized with a keen eye for detail
  • A team player who is also capable of managing independent tasks
  • Strong communicator, comfortable with engaging anyone at any time
  • Willing and able to undertake local travel as needed
  • Committed to inclusivity and diversity, embracing all clients and colleagues
  • Legal office experience (especially real estate) is a bonus, not a requirement - we're happy to train the right person

Perks of the Role

  • A real 4-day work week - we're closed Mondays
  • Join a dynamic and supportive team that appreciates your contributions
  • Opportunities for professional growth as our firm expands
  • Work in a modern, forward-thinking law firm that focuses on a nurturing and engaging environment, backed by real tools, not just talk
