In this fully remote role, you will support customers across Canada and work with different systems and tools to provide professional, accurate and timely service.

What You'll Do

- Receive inbound calls from customers across Canada.
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate and timely support.
- Assist customers with product, warranty and service-related inquiries, depending on the position.
- Complete transactions in real time while working across multiple software applications.
- Follow up on customer commitments and ensure appropriate resolution.
- Identify and escalate unresolved matters when required.
- Take ownership of customer needs and contribute to a positive customer experience.

What We're Looking For

- Fluency in both French and English is required.
- Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience.
- College or University education, or equivalent relevant experience.
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Strong computer skills and comfort working with multiple systems simultaneously.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Initiative, sound judgment and a strong sense of ownership.
- Reliable high-speed internet suitable for remote work.
- Must be legally authorized to work in Canada.

Work Schedule

Candidates must be available to work 40 hours per week within the following operating hours:

- Monday to Friday between 8:30 a.m. and 6:30 p.m. Atlantic Time
- Saturdays from 1:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. Atlantic Time, on rotation
