Automotive Technician and Apprentice

Responsibilities

· Perform scheduled maintenance including oil changes, tire rotations, and other routine services.

· Diagnose mechanical and electrical concerns using manufacturer and industry-approved procedures and equipment.

· Perform quality repairs in accordance with manufacturer specifications.

· Conduct thorough vehicle inspections and prepare accurate repair recommendations.

· Road test vehicles for diagnostic purposes and to verify repairs.

· Complete repair orders and communicate inspection findings and recommendations with Service Advisors.

· Maintain current technical knowledge through ongoing training.

· Take pride in delivering quality workmanship and exceptional customer

Qualifications:

· Red Seal Automotive Service Technician or registered 2nd-4th Year Automotive Apprentice.

· Valid driver's license with a clean driver's abstract.

· Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.

· Ability to learn new vehicle technologies and repair procedures.

· Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

· Strong organizational and time management skills.

· Professional attitude with a high level of integrity.

· Pride in workmanship and attention to detail
