Senior Operations Manager

The Role: Related to a mid size commercial and residential property company, the Operations Manager is a leadership position responsible to the company owners. The company has a long history in the market and a strong reputation. The overall job is to ensure operations are smooth and any operational issues are addressed efficiently and through clear recommendations to leadership. The successful candidate will be accountable for operating performance across the portfolio, including people, buildings, tenants, vendors, technical systems and maintenance. The general responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

• Responsible to supervise and lead a small team of staff.
• Responsible for general physical commercial building operations.
• Creation and implementation of an annual building specific capital repair and preventative maintenance plan.
• Creation and implementation of an operational readiness plan focused on proactive maintenance and planning.
• Coordination of leasing and tenant relations.
• Coordination of various contractors and professionals to execute some of the work listed above.
• Following budgets and reporting accordingly.
