WE ARE LOOKING FOR A CUSTOMER SERVICE SPECIALIST
The Position
Our Customer Service team provides professional, courteous, responsive and accurate service to our customers. As a Customer Service specialist, you can use the most modern technology available while working from the comfort of your home office.
Major Responsibilities of the Role:
- As a Mabe Customer Service Specialist, you will receive inbound calls from our customers within Canada.
- You will be responsible for effectively and efficiently handling customer inquiries regarding product warranty and requests to book service calls on appliances.
- You will complete transactions in real time, work simultaneously with multiple software applications, consistently follow-up on commitments in a timely manner and appropriately identify and escalate unresolved matters.
Main Qualifications:
- Successful candidates must be fluently bilingual (French & English)
- Must possess a College or University degree or equivalent in experience and a minimum of one year of customer service experience.
- The candidate must also demonstrate strong customer service skills and display above-average team skills with a desire to contribute in a highly interdependent team environment.
- The successful candidate will be highly computer literate with keyboard skills.
- Ideal candidates will be dependable, self-sufficient, internally motivated, and highly committed to customer service.
- Candidates must be available to work a minimum of 40 hours each week within the following timeframes:
- Monday to Friday from 8:30 am to 6:30 pm ATL
- Saturdays from 1:00 pm to 6:00 pm ATL
- Fiber-Op or comparable high speed internet must be available in your area
