What You'll Do-
Shift & Line Leadership: Supervise and work alongside line and prep staff during rushes, maintaining station pace, organization, and a respectful team culture.
Ticket Flow & Quality Assurance: Manage line timing and order accuracy at the pass, ensuring recipes, portion sizes, and plating meet standards.
Food Safety & Station Care: Enforce sanitation guidelines, proper labeling, temperature logs, and FIFO stock rotation from opening prep through closing breakdown.
Inventory & Cost Control: Assist with receiving and storing deliveries, monitor ingredient levels, and control food waste to protect margins.
Cross-Team Coordination & Maintenance: Align with front-of-house on service flow, resolve real-time ticket issues, and report equipment defects or shortages immediately.
What We're Looking For-
Previous line cook experience
Strong work ethic and positive attitude
Ability to multitask and perform under pressure
Passion for food and continuous learning
Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
Food Safety Certification is an asset
