About the Role

Purple Cow Internet is seeking a Territory Sales Supervisor to support and supervise our Territory Sales Representatives in Truro and surrounding areas.

This is a hands-on sales and supervisory position focused on supporting the sales team, growing customer acquisition, and promoting Purple Cow's internet and telecommunications products and services.

Key Duties

Supervise and support Territory Sales Representatives in the Truro area.

Coordinate daily sales activities and assigned territories.

Provide coaching and guidance to sales representatives.

Monitor sales performance and provide feedback to team members.

Assist with training and onboarding of new sales representatives.

Explain and support the sale of internet and telecommunications products and services.

Communicate sales targets, promotions, and product information to the team.

Assist representatives with customer questions and sales-related issues.

Track sales activity and provide updates to management.

Identify opportunities to grow sales and customer acquisition within the territory.

Ensure sales activities follow company policies and procedures.

Participate in field sales activities and customer outreach as required.

Qualifications

Secondary school diploma or equivalent.

2+ years previous experience in sales, preferably in telecommunications, internet services, or a related industry.

2+ years previous experience supervising, leading, or coaching sales staff.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to explain products and services clearly to customers.

Ability to work toward sales targets and performance objectives.

Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Ability to work independently in a field-based environment.

Valid driver's licence and reliable transportation are considered an asset.

Ability to work evenings and weekends as required.
