Wage: CAD $250,000 to $285,000 per year, depending on directly relevant experience and qualifications.

Job Description:
Reporting to the Dayshift and Nightshift Drilling Supervisors, the Well Services Supervisor provides operational leadership and oversight for offshore well services activities throughout the Subsea Intervention Project. Working closely with the operator, drilling contractor and third-party service providers, this position is responsible for ensuring well services operations are planned and executed safely, efficiently and in compliance with company procedures, regulatory requirements and industry best practices. The successful candidate will promote operational excellence while maintaining the highest standards of safety, well integrity and environmental stewardship throughout all phases of well services operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead operational planning meetings, participate in risk assessments, SIMOPS reviews and pre-job planning activities.
- Support rig intake and equipment mobilisation phase.
- Provide day-to-day supervision of offshore well services operations.
- Coordinate well services activities to ensure work is executed safely, efficiently and in accordance with approved programs and procedures.
- Act as the primary liaison between the operator, contractors and third-party service providers.
- Monitor operational performance, identify risks and implement mitigation strategies where required.
- Ensure contractor performance meets operational, contractual, safety and quality expectations.
- Review daily operational reports and key performance indicators.
- Support emergency response activities and provide leadership during abnormal operating conditions.
- Coordinate personnel, equipment and materials to ensure operational readiness.
- Promote a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with HSE, environmental and well integrity requirements.
- Mentor field personnel while supporting continuous improvement and operational excellence across the project.
Required qualifications and experience:
- Engineering degree or Engineering Technology diploma
- Minimum 10 years' experience in offshore well services, subsea intervention, completion and well intervention operations, including experience in well completions, well interventions, well testing, coiled tubing, wireline, downhole tools, workover operations, fishing operations and well integrity.
Required certifications:
- IWCF Intervention Well Control (Level 4)
- Offshore Survival (BOSIET/Basic Survival)
- Offshore Medical
- H2S Alive (where required)
