About the Role:

In this position, you will be responsible for assembling new units, performing pre-delivery inspections, and accurately diagnosing and repairing snowmobiles, ATVs, UTVs, and lawn & garden equipment. Your expertise in complex electrical systems will be invaluable as you work to ensure all repairs are completed within manufacturer guidelines and timeframes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble new units and conduct thorough pre-delivery inspections.
• Follow repair instructions accurately on repair orders.
• Diagnose and repair various powersport vehicles and equipment.
• Utilize diagnostic programs to identify and resolve equipment issues.
• Inspect and review units before delivery to ensure quality.

Qualifications:

• Previous mechanic experience in the powersports industry or dealership is an asset.
• Ability to follow directions and work collaboratively.
• High attention to detail and strong computer skills.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.
