Rate of pay: $30.4161 hourly

Grand View Manor is currently seeking a detail-oriented and collaborative InterRAI Coordinator to support our mission of providing exceptional resident-centered care. This is a permanent part-time (0.6 FTE) opportunity ideal for an LPN with strong assessment skills and a passion for optimizing long-term care services through data-informed decision-making.

???? What You'll Do:

Lead the implementation, evaluation, and education of the InterRAI system

Ensure accurate and timely LTCF Assessments and data submissions

Train and support staff in the use of InterRAI tools and digital charting platforms

Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to apply data toward quality resident care

Analyze outcome scales and protocols to inform care plans and improve service delivery

Maintain compliance with licensing, CIHI requirements, and best practice standards

Represent Grand View Manor in external InterRAI-related meetings and initiatives

? What You Bring:

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with active registration (NSCN)

InterRAI LTCF Beginners Course Load (1-3) certified or willingness to certify within 30 days

Experience in long-term care and working with seniors (1+ year preferred)

Strong clinical reasoning and assessment skills

Data literacy and confidence with documentation platforms (e.g., Civica, Catalyst)

Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills

A passion for quality care and continuous improvement

Leadership or project coordination experience is an asset

???? Technical Skills & Knowledge:

Familiarity with InterRAI assessments and reporting

Understanding of CIHI data reporting and Nova Scotia LTC guidelines

Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel

Experience using e-MAR systems and electronic health records preferred
