Maintenance Handyman

Perfection Realty is looking to hire a dynamic individual to join our Team.
Employment Opportunity in Dieppe: Handyman/Tradesman ("jack of all trades")
- Someone with a wide range of skills (carpentry, electrical, plumbing,etc..).
- Someone skilled in performing general repair and maintenance work.
- Someone capable and comfortable of switching between different tasks and projects.
- Someone that can perform various buildings/apartments maintenance, inspection and repairs like:
• Painting (touch ups)
• Repair and maintain basic plumbing work (ie..leaky faucet)
• Repair and maintain basic electrical work
• Minor carpentry (fixing drywall, doors, and other building components)
• Repair/maintain appliances (install washer & dryer)
• Repairs/adjustments (furniture, doors, windows)
• Assemble and install fixtures (shelves, curtains, furniture, pictures, etc.)
