DIRECTOR SUPPORT SERVICES

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Under the supervision of the CEO, the Director is responsible for the planning, organizing, coordination, control supervision and evaluation of the support services provided by the departments to ensure their effective operation.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

- University degree in Business Administration, information technology or in a related field

- 4 years' experience in managing personnel

- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office software

- English & French is required for both written and spoken tasks

Sous la supervision du DGE, le directeur est responsable de la planification, de l'organisation, de la coordination, du contrôle, de la supervision et de l'évaluation des services de soutien fournis par les ministères afin d'assurer leur bon fonctionnement.

EXIGENCES DU POSTE :

- Diplôme universitaire en administration des affaires, en technologie de l'information ou dans un domaine connexe

- 4 ans d'expérience en gestion du personnel

- Excellente connaissance des logiciels Microsoft Office

- L'anglais et le français sont requis pour les tâches écrites et orales
